An architect in a non-traditional career, with over 40 years in the HC industry and 32 years at UFH, Brad has seen the development and renovation of over 3 million sf and the continuous operation of over 6 million sf. This unique perspective allows insight into the consequences of design and construction decisions on the operations and maintenance environment. Brad has served in various roles advancing safe and efficient healthcare facilities with ASHE and is a member of the ICC Healthcare Committee.
