Laura is a Syracuse University and Helsinki University of Technology graduate and is currently the Assistant Director of Quality at Gresham Smith.  She has over 30 years’ experience in the design, construction and project management of our build environment, focused on healthcare in Florida.  Currently, Laura oversees standards, procedures and the overall Quality Management System for the firm; conducts regular webinars, one-on-one mentoring and staff development; researches new efficiencies; and generally annoying everyone enough to stay in compliance with industry standards.
