Mark is an Executive Principal at TLC Engineering Solutions, with 30 years of engineering experience, specializing in design and commissioning of high-performing healthcare facilities.

As a Certified Commissioning Agent and a Certified Energy Manager, Mark has extensive experience in whole building commissioning, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.

Mark serves on the Board of Directors of the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) and is currently as ACG’s Vice-President, and was recently appointed to the NFPA 110 Technical Committee.
