Robert provides support to SLS by maintaining and expanding relationships with clients and collaborators. He serves as a technical resource regarding the application of code-based solutions to unique building designs and the use of innovative construction assemblies and techniques. Applying his previous experience surrounding emerging issues, he works to identify new processes to assist AHJs, developers, building owners, and the design team in streamlining their ability to comply with the dynamic changes in the codes and standards that deal with the built environment. He also serves as a technical resource for an SLS Consulting, LLC joint venture project -CodeComply.Ai, a deep learning software platform being developed to evaluate building and system design for adherence to NFPA and ICC criteria.
