Tatiana leads the Healthcare Practice in Florida for Gensler, where she possesses an invaluable foundation and extensive knowledge of the design, construction, and operations for new-build or renovation of healthcare facilities. With over 20 years of accomplished experience, she possesses the unique perspective to clearly identify the user experience to inspire the project design, while also considering innovative planning that maximizes operational efficiencies and allows for future flexibility and adaptability, ultimately creating inspirational moments with purpose. As a Healthcare Leader, she defines strategic goals, encourages creativity and innovation, and orchestrates the work of project teams focused on design, efficiency, and delivery of impactful solutions. Tatiana is a graduate of Clemson University's Master of Architecture and Health program, a frequent speaker at healthcare symposiums and conferences, and an adjunct professor at FIU Healthcare Interior Master program. Currently, she also serves as a trustee for the Foundation for Health Environments Research (FHER).
