Biography :
Jose Ramses Sanchez serves as the Executive Director of Facilities at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he leads the operational stewardship of a multi-campus healthcare network and 13 outpatient centers. With over 20 years of experience, Jose has built a career at the unique intersection of physical infrastructure and clinical technology, ensuring that complex hospital environments run seamlessly for the patients they serve.
Throughout his tenure at major health systems, including UCSF and Alameda Health System, Jose has directed landmark capital expansions—from the commissioning of flagship inpatient towers to the modernization of campus-wide utility plants. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering.
Driven by a focus on resiliency, Jose integrates data analytics and AI-driven monitoring to optimize facility performance and lead high-achieving teams. He excels at bridging the gap between technical engineering requirements and organizational strategy, ensuring that every facility is prepared, compliant, and operating at its full potential.
