The housing link for the host hotel, Disney's Coronado Spring Resort, can be found in one of two places. For Seminar, Networking, and Expo Hall Only registrants, the housing link will be included in your emailed registration confirmation. Please note, there is a limit of one room per registrant. For Exhibitors, the housing link will be included in your emailed booth confirmation/receipt. There is a limit of four rooms per booth.
Show management reserves the right to cancel any reservations that exceed the stated limit or if the name on the housing reservation does not match the name on the registration, without prior notice.
