About Us

The Florida Plans and Construction Seminar + Expo is an annual conference whose goal is focused on design and construction issues for health care facilities. It is produced by a small, talented group of dedicated individuals committed to providing Florida design and construction professionals with accurate and timely information regarding latest trends in facility planning and design as well as the requirements for building, fire, and design codes for health care facilities licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

To accomplish this goal, national, international, and statewide speakers gather each year to address specific codes, conditions, concepts, and trends affecting health care design and construction. Working in close association with the AHCA Office of Plans and Construction and the AHCA Fire Protection Specialists, the FPC Seminar + Expo provides a forum for exchange and training for both private practitioners and state and federal regulators.
