Cancellations and Refunds
The FPC Seminar + Expo reserves the right to cancel or modify any advertised presentation due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend the conference, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to jeff@latconferenceservices.com by Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET to receive a refund, minus a $300 administrative fee. Attendee substitutions are permitted until Friday, September 30, 2025. Cancellation requests received after August 30, 2025, will not be processed. All refunds will be issued through the original payment method (credit card or check). Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
