Biography :
Tom is an accomplished architectural leader with over 25 years of experience shaping complex healthcare, institutional, and public-sector environments. As Director of Architecture at Baptist Health, he leads systemwide architectural strategy, oversees major capital projects, and ensures that each environment supports the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional care.
Previously, Tom served as Design Manager and Architect at Baptist Health, leading multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction administration for a wide range of clinical and operational projects. His work reflects a strong commitment to technical excellence, user-centered design, and long-term facility resilience.
Tom holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed architect and interior designer in Florida.
Across every role, Tom combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership to deliver high-performing, mission-driven facilities for Baptist Health.
