This presentation will be an up to date summary of all the questions that have been submitted to the state of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) through the Seminar Website Ask AHCA 2023. It will include AHCA interpretations of the codes and standards used by the Fire Safety Inspectors and the Architects and Engineers who inspect, review, and approve all of the health care facilities in Florida. There will also be information on the plans review and construction survey changes that are being implemented in the Office of Plans and Construction and the Field Office survey Fire Safety Protection Specialists at AHCA.
