With over 40 years of advisory and planning experience in the healthcare sector- Doug King is an influencer in the healthcare facilities arena, blending involvement in design/planning, research, and academia.  He frequently speaks at conferences and universities across the US on artificial intelligence and robotics in achieving logistics automation in healthcare facilities.  While leading complex award-winning healthcare projects, Doug has conducted IRB-approved, funded research.  He has academic appointments including UIUC and KU’s Health and Wellness Program.   He is chosen as an HCD10 honoree as the top Healthcare Architect in the US for 2021.
