Christopher Coombs is a senior project architect with HDR and has 20 years of healthcare experience. He is a licensed architect in both Florida and Alabama. Chris is a certified as a life safety specialist for health care facilities (CLSS-HC) by NFPA. Additionally, Chris has served as a technical committee member for the NFPA 101 and NFPA 5000 mean of egress committee (working on both the 2021 and 2024 editions of the respective code).
