Eddie has been with the Agency for Health Care Administration since December 2012.  Currently, he is a Government Analyst II/Life Safety Code Lead with the Health Care Policy & Oversight, Bureau of Field Operations.  As a Government Analyst II he is responsible for providing oversight, instruction, and development of quality assurance activities for the Life Safety Survey Program. He served 24 years in the US Army as an Engineer; He has degrees in Business and Construction Management.  Certifications include a Master’s Certification in Code Enforcement, Fire Safety Inspector I and II, Plans Reviewer, Building Official, Building Inspector and Planning/Zoning Administrator. Mr. Alday also serves on the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Technical Committees Fire Protection Features and Health Care Sections and NFPA 5000 Building Code.
