James Sagstetter is a Registered Architect for the Division of Architectural and Engineering Design Services within Facilities Project Services, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. James is Registered in Minnesota and Wisconsin with 40 years’ experience in the Health Care Design and Construction field with a B.S. and Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  James joined Mayo Clinic in 1999 and currently provides specification updates, design guidelines, project management, project code review, and expert advice on medical planning and design. He is a member of several Committee and Workgroups serving various disciplines at Mayo Clinic. He is well versed in local, state, and federal building codes. He enjoys sharing his time and talent with people to develop appropriate solutions and to help foster conversation centered around client needs.  Hobbies include Hunting, Fishing, Woodworking, Gardening, Foraging.
