Tony Echazabal is a multifaceted leader with a difference-making purpose, offering 20 years of experience primarily in the healthcare industry.

He currently serves as Senior Director of Operations Buildings + Design for Cleveland Clinic Florida Market, overseeing operational reliability, life safety compliance, design and construction, and ensuring a high-quality environment of care.

Tony is also the Founder of Lifeline Consulting Group LLC, a firm focused on supporting healthcare facilities through compliance-based consulting and readiness services. Lifeline developed an innovative Life Safety Assurance Program for Construction, designed to enhance the delivery of healthcare construction projects by keeping the end in mind—ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and ready for occupancy on day one.

He is a Registered Architect in the State of Florida and holds certifications as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), and Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE). He earned his Professional bachelor’s degree in architecture from Florida Atlantic University.

Tony is an active member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA), where he currently serves as District 3 President. He also serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board for the local non-profit Project LIFT.
